Even though this is slightly light on the alcohol content but Ca’Bolani Frizzante is light,crisp,zingy and wonderfully refreshing white wine. It has an amazing fresh and delightfully fruity smell but it is in the taste which Consists of a luscious pear and citrus flavour which is almost on the sweet front and is really well rounded off by its dry finish on the pallet.
This is marketed as a still white wine but is in fact slightly sparkling which does make it all that more refreshing.
