It is all about trial and error and trusting various wine reviews. Domaine Dupré 2007 is a complex white from the Mâconnais region in Burgundy. To smell there are notes of peach and on the pallet it is fruity in nature and gets its character from the French oak barrels of its origins. On top of the fruitiness there is a lovely buttery creamy texture with a trace of nut that is fantastically balanced with a citrus edge. This is wine of many characteristics but in my opinion they appear to have got them just right.
